These terms explain the information and features on the Hey Callie Studio website. Questions can be sent to hello@heycallie.ai.

Enquiries and project agreements

Making an enquiry or requesting a call does not book a project or commit you to a purchase. The enquiry form opens an email draft for you to send; a call request is confirmed separately.

Before a project begins, we agree the scope, pages, deliverables, price, payment arrangements, build window, revision process and handover in a written proposal or agreement. These website terms do not replace that project agreement.

Packages, inclusions and costs

Prices are in Australian dollars. Hey Callie Studio is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Where a package is marked “From”, the amount is a starting price; the final quote depends on the agreed pages, features and scope. Extra pages, features or services are quoted separately and agreed before work proceeds.

Domain registration, hosting, paid software and advertising spend are separate costs. New branding, photography and full copywriting are quoted separately unless included in your agreed scope. We explain any required third-party costs before you commit.

Revisions described as unlimited apply to the agreed design and content during your agreed build window. Additional pages, new functionality or changes to the agreed scope require a separate agreement. A privacy-policy page setup is not legal advice or a legal compliance review.

Design examples and results

The gallery includes design concepts as well as work identified as a live website. Concept names, photographs and layouts illustrate design possibilities and are not client endorsements or evidence of commercial results.

Design, SEO and advertising depend on factors beyond a website alone. We do not promise a particular search position, number of enquiries or financial result. Any specific deliverables are set out in your project agreement.

Content and other websites

Website content and creative work belong to Hey Callie Studio or the relevant rights holders. You may view and share links to this website. Please ask before reproducing its content. Ownership and licences for your project are addressed in its written agreement.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a problem with a service, contact us so we can discuss the issue and the appropriate remedy.

We may update website information and these terms. Updates do not change an existing project agreement without agreement between the parties, subject to applicable law.
